Cold start preventive control device to prevent gear box , motor and screw safety.
The extruder will start only after attaining the preset temperature to avoid damage to the screw and gear box,motor. Synchronised control for pelletiser motor and extruder motor for uniform strand size avoid over feed or under feed to the pelletiser. |

Cooling tray & palletiser: |

Made from s.s. material cooling tray with stand. Palletiser with speed variable drive (on request) / dc motor suitable for different application. Optionally die face cutter will be provided on request (under development). |
